MAX Communications

Email Tech screenCommunication between Users, Technicians and MAX is a crucial component to running a successful support system. Email notifications are an easy and effective bridge between those three components. MAX features a built-in communications system to email alerts to Technicians or Support Teams when Incidents or Problems are created and assigned. These alerts provide all the necessary information for technicians to support the affected Users as well as a link directly to the Incident or Problem in the system.

MAX includes an Email to Incident Gateway that allows Users to create their own Incidents by emailing the system. MAX assigns those incidents to the correct Technicians while filtering out spam and duplicate entries.
