Many IT departments implement complex IT Service Management software that requires weeks to configure and weeks of training. These cumbersome systems are a burden to use and impede Technicians from getting their work done. MAX breaks this mold with its intuitive yet powerful user interface. Technicians routinely comment on the ease of use of MAX versus other systems they have used. Long-time users of other systems are surprised at how much easier their job has become since switching to MAX. New users who have never used an IT Service Management system require just minimal training in order to use MAX.

The interface is great. It makes sense to me. That’s probably the best thing about it—the way it looks aesthetically. It’s pleasing.
