MAX User Management

MAX tools such as the User Info Strip bring key User information to the forefront of every Incident. User information can also be used to automatically generate high-priority Incidents for VIPs. In addition, MAX allows for the distribution of Incidents based on User information. This ensures only the appropriate technicians see Incidents assigned to their Users, which in turn increases response times and solution rates.

MAX integrates seamlessly with Active Directory servers, and existing User data can be imported as well.
